Church is not just on Sundays, that’s why you can participate in life groups during the week. These take place at various locations; at people’s homes, in a bar or a café. These life groups are there to build friendships, to do fun things, to encourage each other and to pray.
WHAT EXACTLY IS A LIFE GROUP?
A life group is a group of 3 – 15 people who meet regularly. Connecting with each other and friendship are central. There are three types of life groups.
– An interest group: gather together around a common interest (cooking, sports, course, etc.).
– A connect group: friendship and conversations about faith.
– A ministry group: working together to build the church while also focusing on friendship.
THE BEAUTY AND FUN OF A LIFE GROUP
In a life group there are plenty of possibilities. Such as an exploration of the Christian faith in theory and practice. You can discover what you are good at, where your talents lie and how you can make optimal use of them. The church can grow and become more united. It is also just a nice evening with friends and lots of fun. 😉
